What breed is this?

These people across the street from my in-laws have a hen, and I looked and can't for the life of me figure out which breed of chicken this is. It seems like a large bantam, but maybe a small standard? I'm not sure how old it is. Extremely friendly and quiet.

She was very very nice. I went right up to her, she didn't run or freak out, let me pick her up, and she just gave me a small tap on the hand with her beak. I know she's a people bird - they i guess keep her indoors at night or something.
