What Breed is this?

Any guesses it has feathers down the sides of its leg

And this one? yellow spot on his head and yellow under belly...Meyer says this one is a barred rock

first chick is probly either a cochin(single comb) or brahma(pea comb). Cant see the comb in the pic
second chick is a silver spangled hamburg
third is barred, could be a barred rock(single comb) or dominique(rose comb)

And this one? kind of grey with speckles on its head.Meyer says Golden Laced Wyandotte

So many chicks look just alike. The first could be a Cochin, but can't tell from the photo. Could be a Dark Brahma, but I can't see the comb. When you put up pics for ID, you need to tell the comb type or show it--that makes a huge difference.

You can't ID from just color or feathered legs or not. Maybe you could put more pics up as they feather in. Then, it's much easier to tell.

Meyer says the first one is a black silkie?

It doesn't have black skin, doesn't have a visible. Head poof, and it doesn't look like it has 5 toes. If its a silkie, its very poorly bred. I still think its either a cochin or brahma, it doesn't look black in the picture either. It looks blue/grey to me.
