Appear to be frizzle cochins. they also seem to have a bad case of scaley leg mites that you will want to take care of.

if you search the site there are a few different methods. Most require coating their legs with Vaseline or oil to suffocate the mites.

They're frizzled, but not cochins. The body type is all wrong for cochins but I'm not sure what they are. Overall, they look in very poor condition and not very healthy.
