Yay !! I think she has a cold right now so I'm not gonna eat her eggs right now

Chickens don't get colds, they get disease, the eggs will be fine though. Look up resperatory diseases, what are the symptoms?

Runny nose mainly I haven't seen anything else other than she threw up but it was clear with a little feed in it but she's not acting sluggish or anything

Sorry but Production Reds and Cinnamon Queens are not the same.
Production Red: New Hampshire and Rhode Island Red
Cinnamon Queens: RIR or NH x Silver based hens/ Red or Golden Sex LInks.
