I was told this is a Phoenix rooster?? I'm not sure.

It could be, it could also be a few other breeds also. What color are it's legs?

It's legs are a blue/gray color

Where did you get it from? With the color pattern and slate leg color, I'm leaning towards Black Breasted Red Phoenix cockerel.

I got it from a friend. He said it was a black breasted phoenix. He's not usually the most reliable source information.

Could certainly be a Black Breasted Red Phoenix.

Well what ever it is its a pretty cool little bird. It follows me everywhere and likes to sit on my shoulder.
