What breed of Bantam is this?

Assuming she's a bantam since she's so small, owners said she's 8-9 months old:



I'm thinking she's a Red-Breasted Rosecomb, but I could be wrong. Also, do her feet look okay?

You have her color right but she doesn't look 100% Rosecomb Bantam so maybe she's crossed with an Old English Game Bantam.

I don't see leg mites on her legs. What do you see on her legs that has you worried, since I might not be seeing it in the pictures.

So some sort of cross-breed, huh? That's cool. And I thought her legs looked a bit scaly... I'll clean it tomorrow then rub some vaseline on it.
The scales on her leg that look slightly lifted is what had me worried, my other chicken's legs are smooth.
