I'm not much help on the id either but she is a pretty little thing...I would guess some kind of frizzle?

Does she have feathered legs? If so I'm guessing a red frizzled Cochin. Looks just like my frizzle Cochins but red instead of black...if she has feathered legs :-D

What you have is a frizzle(feather type - not breed) and her one baby chick is also a frizzle.
