Yea but no a&m I breed them like this the dad is a tuxedo roo and the mothers are coturnix quial color n this is what the chicks look like.

The quail in your photo appears to be either Tibetan or Tuxedo Japanese quail (Coturnix Japonica). Tuxedo's are a cross between Tibetan and Texas A&M.
* White plumage would be the deciding factor between the two mutations.
If possible, take another photo from the front. That should remedy the doubt.
