What breed of Quail is this?

Hi there.

Abdud1:
The quail you saw in Morocco is a Barbary Partridge - for more info follow this link... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barbary_partridge

Colemanhatchery:
The quail in your photo appears to be either Tibetan or Tuxedo Japanese quail (Coturnix Japonica). Tuxedo's are a cross between Tibetan and Texas A&M.
* White plumage would be the deciding factor between the two mutations.

If possible, take another photo from the front. That should remedy the doubt.

Hope it helps.

Tuxedo roo over normal hens has given you the Tibetan colour and then any white will have come from the roo. You don't have to have an am/English white in there to breed tuxedos you just need something that has white in it ie: tuxedo.
