What breed of rooster is he?

Can anyone tell me what breed of rooster he is? He is the color of a dove.

His color looks to be lavender (self-blue) to me (I have a mixed bantam rooster that color), but I have no idea what breed he is or if he's a cross.

He is a like the color of a dove, on the grey side.

I meant that uniform light gray/dove color is usually called lavender or self-blue blue. Several chicken breeds are available in self-blue, but yours isn't a breed I recognize. He looks leghorn-ish, but I've never seen blue ones. It's possible he could be a really light blue Andalusian, in which case he would just be the regular form of blue and not self-blue.
