What breed of turkey are these poults?

The Black Spanish appears to have thicker legs than the other. The Black could be a tom and the bronze or whatever it is a hen. That is not a given though.

Most of the people that I know, myself included, always say , "Good luck" and leave off the "you're gonna need it."

This is my first adventure into raising turkeys and we are enjoying them. My husband actually prefers them over chickens.
