What Breed Or Gender is This?

My buddy just got a couple bantams are they roosters ?

Not sure they were given to him and suppose to be all hens.

They look a little like Old English Game hens.

But I can't say for sure. I'm definitely a novice at chicken-identifying!

They both look like hens to me. Some bigger pics would help be sure.

White earlobes says dutch to me. I would like to see bigger pictures if possible.
