What breed or sex is this chicken

She/he hatched on the 12th January she/he is now 6 weeks and 3 days but I'm really not sure how to sex it or what breed she/he is x

Thank you for your reply and so quickly. It came from a blue egg but through incubation it turned a bit more greeny, I got the eggs locally but the seller didn't talk much or wouldn't answer any of my questions. We live in the uk in scunthorpe so I have no idea of breeds or anything like that, I love him/her as she/he is lol, BTW its name is chips my 4 year old named it, and instantly loved it, I have her/him out around the house all the time haha x

In that case he's a mixed breed or an Easter Egger.
 
Buttercup comb? That's interesting.
If you were from Italy I'd say Sicilian Buttercup. I have no idea how rare this breed is in your country so it might be a mix or something.
Its comb is a modified pea comb. He's a mixed breed cockerel. Since you're located in the UK a likely parent is an Easter Egger or Araucana
