what breed please

Does anyone know what breed this rooster is? I was thinking a wyndotte but want an opinion of someone more knowledgeable than myself.

Looks like a splash Wyandotte, though he sure has more black on him than I'd expect for a splash. Could be a Wyandotte cross or a cross of two incompatible Wyandotte colors or just an extra colorful splash.

I agree with speckledhen. Looks like a wyandotte cross to me. He is pretty though.
