What breed please?

This guy was at an apartment complex for a few weeks before someone posted on Craigslist to get this "thing" out -it's making noise" -- 10 minutes later he was in my possession and now at home. No idea on breed. Guessing 4-5 months old?? His crowing is not yet perfected. Thanks!
