What breed roo is this guy?

Can anyone tell me what breed our rooster is? We had a White Leghorn roo that was too mean for our flock (gave him away) and our mail lady gave us this boy. He’s still young but already proven to be a good alarm clock and giving us fertilized eggs.

I think that the comb isn’t right for that. My guess is a mix.

This is our other mystery breed. Also not sure if it’s a roo or hen...it lays in the nesting boxes like it’s trying to lay (never produced an egg) but it mounts our red sex links (never has crowed). We got it 05/26/2020 at a local feed store from their Silkies but we knew that was wrong from the start because of the legs and beak...It’s great with our cats and other chickens but does not like for us to go near it still. Don’t mind the photobomb from miss Turchen

Are the saddle feathers ( back in front of the tail) rounded or pointed? Sorry my eyes are not great with pictures. Rounded is what hens have.

First is a mix, second is a Blue Laced Red Wyandotte rooster.

X2! BLRW Cockerel. Agreeing with the laying and also some roosters are late crowers and some don’t crow depending on environment, etc.
