What breed? Roo or Hen?

I got 4 chicks about 7 weeks ago. one is a white rock (she's my little cross-beak) and three black chicks that I was told were Easter Eggers. I'm not sure if they're EEs or not, so I'd like to know if someone can tell me. Also, one of them looks like it may be a Roo, and We really don't want one, though it will be very hard to get rid of one of our little chickens that we've raised... Can someone please check out my pictures and let me know what you think? thank you!!

One chick, indeed, is a cockerel, and he does not look like an EE.

Those look like Black Australorps from the photos. Definitely they do not look like EE's.
