what breed rooster is this?

it came from Tractor Supply. they had it labeled as Sapphire Gem, but i don't think that's what it is.

Actually I think it may be a sapphire gem. Males are barred with some leakage.

i'm assuming the crest you're talking about is the group of feathers on top his head behind the comb.... this 1 had that and the other rooster that has the same basic coloring as him with less brown didn't have those feathers so i wasn't sure if they were both still sapphire gems.
