What breed(s) of chickens do you want, but have a tough time finding?

And I'm not specifically talking about "rare" breeds, but just in general. For me, I'm having a heck of a time finding a high quality breeder of Australorprs. What other chicken breeds have you guys found that are hard to find QUALITY birds of? (aka, not from large hatcheries). Or even a specific color of a breed.

All of the ones I've had a hard time finding are because they're exceedingly rare. Silkied Ameraucanas, woolly Svart Hona, Partridge Barthuhners, Colored Dorkings, and non-hatchery-quality Blue Silver Duckwing OEGBs, off the top of my head. To be fair, I am focusing on my silkied Cochin bantams now and I haven't been actively looking for any of those for a while now, but I hadn't even gotten any strong leads for most of them.

I guess if you're specifically talking about finding birds of quality rather than just finding birds, the OEGBs are the only ones that really fit that description, maybe the Colored Dorkings as well. The rest of them I just can't find at all.
