Hi guys,

I'm from Sweden. What breed do you think is best for our cold climate?

Thanks,

Wyandottes are cold hardy. They have a rose comb so they don't easilly get frostbite, and nice fluffy feathers and clean legs. I have 9 and I love mine! They come in a variety of colors (here in the US anyway!) and I recommend them.

I LOVE my Dominiques and Chanteclers for cold weather hardiness. I'm in Canada, and ours went through the winter in an unheated coop with no problems. They are both great dual-purpose birds as well.
