What breed to get?

Hi, my RIR rooster died recently.

Although he wasn't really working (he wasn't very interested in my girls) I am very sad.

I want to get another roo, but I don't know what type to get.

I need:
A roo that is freindly to people
takes care of his flock
doesn't mind dogs TOO much
is ok if cooped up for 4 days a week (i live at my mom's half time)
doesn't take too much care
breeds well w/speckled Sussex
produces good brooders and layers
does well w/heat (30-110 ish)

I was thinkin maybe a Australorp, barnevelder, or a brahama.

i'm also thinking of getting a New Hampshire Red or a Wyandotte.

Why not a speckled sussex roo for a purebred flock??
