What breed would you pick for egg production?

Waiting until they are old enough to lay can be very tedious. My oldest chicks are eight weeks so I have to wait at least another 12 weeks until they start laying.

All the breeds you mentioned are good layers. You'll get a lot of eggs off your Aussie and Sexlink.
