She’s likely an Olive or Easter Egger, with that little crest.

Not sure, she looks like my BO/silkie cross hen with the little pouf, but idk if tractor supply ever sells cross breeds

I would say she's a mix. Most likely part Crested Cream Legbar. Wouldn't be surprised if she layed an interesting colored egg since CCL lay blue.
