What breed?

These are my cousins new chickens. Trying to figure out what breed they are. I'm thinking sultan, but I dont know how many toes they have, or if that's the right kind of comb.

They are Silkies mixes. Like maybe Silkie/Sultan?

silkie mixes ... not with sultan as that would have made a bigger crest and most the time vulture hocks
