I am gonna guess that number one is a cuckoo maran cockerel, I do not know any other barred breeds that can have feathered legs but I am sure there is some. Not sure what the rest are, last one looks like some sort of polish though.

They are a little to young to tell breed and gender right now, mostly (except for the ones I wrote below), so you can repost pictures of them at 8-10 weeks to make it a little easier.
Franny is a Polish, Moa is an Easter egger and Sweetpea is possibly a cuckoo marans.

Ok so Sweetpea and Dinner both have feathered legs so ill look into cuckoo maran cockerel and see what I can find. Also for the last one I think your right I believe that it might be either a black or blue white crested polish.

Dinner doesn't look like a full Cuckoo Marans, however, he/she may be cross between a Marans and an EE. Could you post a pic of Dinner's comb?

So far from what you guys have said I fully agree after looking up pics of those chicks they definitely look like my chicks.

I think the one you call Dinner is a Barnevelder, I have one. The last pic is of some type of Polish, not sure what kind.

#1. May be a Cuckoo Marans, as long as the bottoms of its feet are the correct pink shade.
#2. Mixed breed
#3. Easter Egger
#4. Most likely another mixed breed, as Barnevelders and Partridge Rocks are clean-legged. Could we see a comb pic, please? :)
#5. White Crested Black Polish

They're still a bit young yet to guess genders on. Another 4 or so weeks will be a great time to update us if you get the chance! :D
