What breeds and genders are my chicks? 3-8 weeks old.

I have chicks of all different ages, breeds and genders and I am trying to figure out if they are boys or girls. I also want to find out the breeds on a few of them. I know the breeds of most but some I'm not sure on. What do y'all think? Hoping for mostly hens but of course it's never that simple lol. I always get at least half roosters. 17 chicks here but I have alot more that I haven't posted yet.
