What breeds are the best for free ranging?

I'm planning a farm with all types of poultry in which each species gets an acre, (an acre for chickens, an acre for ducks, etc) and I was wondering what chicken breeds would fair the best in this decently large area. I know of Egyptian Fayoumi chickens and I might get a couple of those, but I'm planning on having 10-15 chickens. What breeds would you guys recommend? I'd also take suggestions for turkey, geese, and duck breeds if you know those as well.

I am not very knowledgeable yet on all the breeds so I am sure others will weigh in but my New Hampshire Reds and Barred Rocks are excellent free rangers so far.

My Leghorns seem to be the most alert to danger. They fly pretty well. Bit I am not an expert by any means
