The first looks like a Dominique or something with a barred or cuckoo feather pattern.The second looks like a gold laced Wyandotte.How did you acquire these birds?

Where did you get them? I think the first is probably an Olive Egger, she’s got a beard and possibly a crest. The second is a black sex link.

I got them from one of my mom's friends who was just giving some chickens away... they don't know what they are either

I agree about the sex link. I know it's kinda a crap shoot by not knowing exactly where they came from, but I suspect the black and white bird might be a Lakeside Egger from Meyer Hatchery. It should lay blue eggs. Here's a couple links for reference.

I guess we have these now too... looks like some pullets but don't know what breed. They said its a cream legbar but after looking at some pictures of them, I'm not completely sure.

Definitely not Crested Cream Legbar.
