What breeds are these?

I guess we have these now too... looks like some pullets but don't know what breed. They said its a cream legbar but after looking at some pictures of them, I'm not completely sure.

Not a cream legbar. The bird in front appears to be a pullet and splash colored. Usually splash colored birds get more of the darker colors as they mature and after molts. There are a handful of breeds it could be right now but no real way to know for sure.
