What breeds/ mixes are these cuties?

My neighbor has some chicks I’m currently taking care of in his absence. He offered me a chick to add to my flock. I have suspicions but would you guys kindly let me know what breeds/ mixes these adults are?

He has like 3 or 4 Roosters so I am aware that there are a bunch of options

There are also white fluffy babies with either pink or black skin.
