what breeds should i get

im looking at a hatchery abd dont know which breed to get ones that do good in cold weather and that will get along with my flock

I'm not sure what you mean by cold. What feels cold to us is just getting comfortable to chickens.

You can go to Henderson's Breed Chart and try to find one that has the qualities you want, then go to Feathersite to see what they look like.
