What breeds would you have in your ideal flock?

I live in the city, and already have more chickens than I am supposed to (shhh - I got bantams and sold the roos, but had a really good female to male ratio and ended up with way more females than I expected - no one has cared yet - and I even got the licence like I was supposed to...) But needless to say I won't be able to buy more chooks until they either all die or til we move out of the city.

But I still like thinking sometimes about all the cool breeds I would have if I could just magically have my ideal flock. My ideal would have a mix of nice big hens of several breeds, and a bunch of my favorite bantams.

Breeds I have had in the past and I know I would want:

Big girl flock:
EEs
Speckled Sussex (would love some Coronation Sussex someday too)
Barred Rock
Black Australorp
Brahmas
Salmon Favorelle
Polish
Some type of Rhode Island/New Hampshire/Production Red

Bantams:
Every color of d'Uccle in existence
Variety of Dutch
Pyncheon
d'Anver
Pekin
Silkies

Breeds I have never had that I would give a try in my ideal flock to see how I like them:

Basque Hen
Houdan
Brabanter
Buckeye
Blue breda
Swedish Flower Hen
Nankin bantam
Olandsk dwarf
Spithauben
Japanese bantams
Modern and OE Game bantams
Sultan
Golden Campine
Yokohama
Sumatra
Russian Orloffs
Black Copper Maran
Norwegian Jaerhon
Icelandic

For me the deciding factor is always personality, so some of these breeds I might not like after I have tried them - but it's still fun to think about!

What would your ideal flock look like?
