Can you tell me what these two girls are? I thought the bearded one with an Easter Egger but she is easily twice the size of my EEs.

This, EEs can be any mix of breeds (thus dramatically different sizes) and lay any color egg (they should have at least one blue layer in their lineage, but that doesn't always get passed down).
There's different varieties of Easter Eggers nowadays. The large/medium sized bearded type are the originals. These gave us the standardized version: Ameraucana.

Yes, basically any mixed breed with Blue Layer Heritage is gonna be called an Easter Egger by most.

That's what makes them fun. Not knowing what color they'd lay until they do.
