What can I do to fix this baby chicks leg?

Someone please tell me this won’t require to cull!

Is it just the foot? You can make a little flat shoe for it to splint the toes back in the right place. After a week or two, they should be fine and able to take the shoe off. Also put vitamins in their water - use poultry cell or something similar. B vitamin (riboflavin) deficiency can cause curled toes.
