What caused my rooster's tail to get droopy?

I have a gorgeous Buff Brahma Bantam Rooster who is about 6 months old. He was just fine until last week when I noticed his tail feathers are no longer arched - they are sagging and droopy. He does not seem ill but it sure looks bizzarre.

Has he been wormed at all ... Thats really the only thing i can think that would cause that...
