What causes the toes to not be straight?

I have hatched at least 8 chicks and peachicks that needed their toes straightened. Different breeds, different parents etc. What am I doing wrong with my incubation? Thanks for any answers, Carrie

What were your temps?

Humidity?

Did any of them hatch late?

Humidity varied from 20 to 30 percent. temp. 100 still air. Actually they hatched a day early, almost all of them.
