What causes this? Cot colors q'

I hatched out a bunch of cot eggs, I got a good mix of EW, pharaoh, rosetta, and tibetan. I have one oddball chick that is mostly yellow with black streaks, it's a pharaoh but why is it so brightly colored?
Here are some pics with a normal pharaoh with the oddball chick.

It's an Italian, which is dominant over brown. When you mix colors you get odd balls at times.

Are you certain? The first pharaoh I had was colored much like the oddball chick.
