I have added chicken wire along the top of the coop under the tarp and along the outside to the ground. I have 2 leg horns, 2 RIR, 2 Ameraucanas and a leg horn rooster. I have two more chain link kennels I can add for more roaming space if they need it. They sleep on the top roost except for one of the reds she's the bottom of the pecking order and she sleeps on the roof of the dog house. They are laying in the house is this okay? Got these birds unexcitingly and am trying to learn as much as I can as fast as I can.

everything seems pretty good with your setup. you should have at least 28 square feet for birds to roam, that's 4 feet per bird. if you can get more than that, it would be better; but you could move this often and things should be fine. this coop appears to be 6x8 in the pictures, that's 48 feet.

if you have trouble with one bird getting picked on a lot, move her to another kennel with a companion bird.

She seems ok she sleeps with her head between the roster and one of the other birds. They just wont move to left her up.

she should be fine, but when you put several birds in a pen, usually one will get picked on. if its not to bad you can leave them alone, if you start seeing blood, or injuries its time to move her.

I would enclose your present chain link with plywood and make this the coop. That small doghouse does not look large enough to serve as a coop for 7 birds! Instead it could partitioned to serve as nest boxes. I would add your other chain link kennels as a run area. 4sf/bird in the coop and 10sf/bird in the run is a good rule of thumb as far as space.
