What chicken breed is this and gender?

Hi everyone, so I have this chicken I think is a hybrid of something, does anyone know? Also Im a bit confused on the gender of this chicken. I want to say it's a Roo but it doesnt have much of a waddle and there are no spurs, but the feathers seem pretty Roo like to me. I brought this up with the nice woman I bought it from and she said it was Female and the reason it's feathers are like that is probably because of it being a hybrid of a silkie and a frizzle?

Definitely a roo, it has the tell-tale hackle and sickle feathers. As for the breed, maybe some kind of Easter-Egger Silky cross? I've never seen yellow earlobes on a chicken before, that's pretty interesting!

I have 5 hens, my other Roo isn't very aggressive at all, maybe on a scale of 1-10 he's a 2-3, A very sweet Roo overall. They currently have ~625 sq ft of a chicken run.
