What chickens are these?

What chicken breed are these? Supposedly they are bantams. Frizzle and Cochin mixes. Do they seem big for bantams?

Well, they’re definitely frizzle, but I’m not so sure about the bantam part. You’re right, they’re kinda big. Usually, I find myself surprised by the small size of normal sized chicks, but these babes seem rather large.
