What color are these silkie chicks?

These three just hatched today. I'm not sure what to call the little guy at the top of the picture. He's grey and beige, with black stripes and a patch of brown on his back. My silkie flock is white, black and grey.

I know nothing about colors, but could it be partridge?

Okay, after some research I'm slightly more confused. I'm thinking that the hen that I thought was black is actually blue (she's in the picture). Her front half is black and her back half is grey. Am I correct? I was also thinking that the little silver chick was grey, but I read that grey silkies are actually black with white striping on their necks.

So my new question is, what colors would you call the silver chick and the little striped chick?
