A brown egg laying hen with a white leghorn rooster? Will the eggs be brown, white or tinted?

I have some that are a cross of a white(roo) and brown(hens) layer. They are white with a cover of brown. You can still see the white underneath if you look close. Also they all lay a different shade even though they were from the same cross. 1 is a very light brown and the others are just a light brown.......
