What color guinea?

So, you may have noticed that I’ve been spending A LOT of time with my guineas lately! I have two lavenders, and thought that Mouse was lavender too, but noticed today that she only has a few of the white dots... So, would she be lavendar pied? Some other color?

Just looked at pics online and agree that she looks a lot like coral blue! Neat! I love all of their colors, pearl included...

Agreed. Even though I sometimes find pearl boring, they have the most interesting feathers for decoration. Now if only they had that in chickens. They would look exquisite.

Looks like a Lite Blue to me. The Lite Blue is slightly lighter colored and has even fewer dots than a Coral Blue has.

Cool. Thanks for the info! Hoping that they survive long enough to breed eventually... That will be tough with one guy, and he chases this blue and the two purples away from the main flock. Maybe he doesn’t know that he himself is lavender!

Guineas confuse me...I have 6...4 boys and 2 girls One girl is white, one lavender. One male is a normal (?) dark color, the rest are lavender or lt blue. The oldest is over a year old and the one who attacks me. His name is Mr Blue. The lavender girl is named BIG MOUTH! because she never stops calling, even in the dark of night, the other girl (Snow White) is very soft spoken. The 4 boys are chasing the young chickens and causing them to hide! The dark colored male is Fuzzy and is the one most often in trouble with his brothers. What a difference in personalities! Just wish BIG MOUTH! would shut up! Oh yeah they get on the roof of the mobile home and have races, or maybe they are square dancing!
