What Color is Cloudy?

I'm trying to figure out what color Cloudy is exactly. She's a bluish grayish frizzle Large Fowl Cochin. Some people say she's Self-blue or lavendar, and some say blue. I don't know for sure. If it is a project color, could I still show her and place well?

is there any lacing on her feathers? they say self-blues don't have any lacing. she is lighter down towards the fluff, so I say blue
