What color is this bantam Cochin?

I know a lot of people would just consider this mille fleur, but could he actually be a mottled buff columbian?

I would call it MF or Candy Corn (not sure if the CC people would agree).

He would be called a project MFC, he is not a mottled buff Columbian because no pattern is trying to be achieved, he has white splotches instead of white tips on the end of his feathers.
