I just bought this sweet baby. She’s around 7-8 months old I was told, she’s molting around her back and tail feathers, which I believe I will come in blue. But what’s that red around her neck? What is her coloring called?

In Orlando from a lady. I like the crazy colors, so I’m happy with her, just wondered if someone knew what she was. There are buffs and blues in the mix too. So that’s a good idea.
