The rooster's color is Birchen. Most probably not pure for it ( this means he has only one copy of the Birchen gen). Birchen is dominant gen, so 50 % of his babies will carry and show it. He has some gold tint on his silver feathers, so he is not pure Silver. Most probably his mother was Birchen color also.
Cool thanks his mom is a solid black hen but she almost always has a different colored chick every egg I hatch it’s so weird I don’t know what she is but she has some pretty babies

He's a mix of color/patterns.
By appearance alone he does look birchen and carries gold and silver but he could very well be something else.
I've hatched birds that were not birchen but because of the mixed pattern and leakage they appear very birchen like.
There is no way to say he will throw a certain percentage of chicks like himself. He has other genes so it would be hard to say which ones he would pass to his offspring. Also whatever he is bred to would contribute just as many genes to the offspring so depending what genes they have would influence the offsprings pattern.
I'd expect lots of different colored offspring from him depending what he's bred to.
