I say a cross between a blue and a splash. Top feathers look like a blue but there is some splash in there also. Pretty baby!

blue with brass in the hackles. yep i agree with Cajun 100% on that one it's either splash or it isn't. b/b/s make a triangle it is either blue, black or splash not a cross aprearance of em.
