my silkies hatched their first baby. She looks partridge but a lot lighter than her mum partridge was as a chick. I believe dad has partridge silver genes with a bit of gold leakage. my neighbour hatch two of their off spring and both are also partridge marked which is why I now believe roo to have partrige genetics. Has anyone had a partridge chick this lightly coloured and do could you kindly show the adult it grew into?
