What could be happening to my chicken

A few days ago one of my three chickens looked weak. She was sitting on the ground, didn't eat much, seemed to drink more water than normal, and she went to sleep earlier than the other chickens. I thought it could be an egg bound.

The next morning I found a weird egg. It was the biggest I had found since I had the chickens. And it also had a different colour.

I'll attach a photo comparison of the weird egg vs the eggs I normally find.

The following days the chicken stoped sitting on the ground. She looked more active, but still less active than the others. She kept drinking big amouts of water, more than what the others drink. She also scratch her feathers a lot, and her feathers are messy in her neck.

Today I didn't see her eating. She just stood on her feet and scratched her feathers all the time I was watching.

In addition, I think it could be relevant to mention that I found a very small white bug in one of the others chickens. It was close to her eye. I don't know what bug it is nor whether it's harmful.

What could all those symptoms mean? What can I do?

The one lighter egg has an extra coat of calcium, possibly because it took longer to pass. Here is some info about that and possible causes:

She might be starting to show signs of a reproductive problem. I would look her over under the vent, belly, under wings, and elsewhere for lice and mites.
