What could be killing my chickens eating eggs and how can I stop it

Finding at least one dead chicken every morning. The head has been taken off and all the blood drained. Can't figure out how something is getting in the coop.
Any help on what to look for and/or how to stop it.

It sounds like you have a raccoon. Go over your coop up and down.(do you have pics of your coop?) They climb, crawl, and squeeze.Look and press around for loose or weak wire. A mink or weasel can go through a 1'' hole. If I were you I would get a trap and bait it with cat food or I would sit quietly out there with a 22.

It could be a weasel, mink, or skunk but it most likely is a raccoon.
